Amazon account banned after I had to provide personal ID but then had a failed delivery for an expensive item and requested a refund as it was now stating not in stock...

As the title says, I made an expensive purchase (about £2000) and it was meant to arrive today but I had a message saying there was an issue with delivery.

So I contacted customer services and they apologized and said that it was stating it wasn't actually in stock at the warehouse so they couldn't deliver it.
