I know I'm not the only one. I get flooded with job descriptions for "onsite day 1" contract positions. But they are never offering any relocation, housing, transportation, etc. Some of the contracts are multi-year contracts. Do they really expect someone to pick up and live in a hotel for a year? Do they think that people are so in need they will come out of pocket to move their families to another state for a contract? I'm seriously confused. …
