Suggestions on Vulnerability Management Platforms

Are there any recommended Vulnerability Management platforms that pull data from other systems such as AWS SecurityHub, and SAST/DAST scanners (CheckMarx, Veracode) and give a single pane of view about the vulnerabilities across the products and able to further evaluate the risk and then assigning to respective teams to resolve them via Azure DevOps?
Some of the tools, I see are all scanning for vulns (Vulnerability Assessment); but I do not need a scanner as the data is already …
