Remote Access Tools in the Workplace

I work for a global manufacturing company which utilizes many different types and brands of manufacturing equipment (CNC, IM, 3DP etc.). One thing that is consistent is that support for all of this equipment typically asks for some sort of remote access to the systems, otherwise they have to fly people onsite in order to do any support.
So I constant get asked for the ability to use services such as gotoassist, LogMeIn, Teamview, and its always a battle. …
