Question for Penetration Testers who test cloud environments ?

If you are a Pentester who provides cloud pentests - what technical skills and certifications would you like to new comer to your company to have ?

My nephew ( 25 M) is looking to move from being a Retail advisor into this field.

He is currently studying Terraform but I an not sure which training is suitable as mos corses I have found either just focus on Network or Web appects and barely touch the Cloud side.
