Meeting with new exec

I’m currently on an cybersecurity apprenticeship programme in the UK and have managed to get a meeting with one of the senior executives (head of security and networking) of my company to have a discussion on careers and what it’s like progressing to executive level.

I’m really hoping to get the most of out this session in terms of their knowledge and experience, can anyone suggest some good questions to ask?
