Youtube/Google tracking what apps you are using

Found this today whilst trying to look for my own comments.

Not only is it tracking what searches you are making but also each individual app you are using on your phone including the time they were used.

You can only view this using a desktop browser as the list seems truncated on mobile and it's kinda hidden and i'm guessing purposefully difficult to find
