You're starting from scratch and want to share as little data about you as possible. What is your build? (Casual)

Additionally, I'd want to take it easy and say you're only using your ecosystem for gaming, watching YouTube and Unity or some unimportant work, but don't want to get doxxed or leak data or your work somehow. What's a good casual privacy build? I.e. no need for Tor, Linux or a rooted phone with privacy based OS.
