Your ideal new grad candidate for detection and response

Hey! I’m considering opening a role on my team for an entry level detection and response engineer. Most likely this person will be a new graduate. I can’t expect a ton of work experience, outside of internships. What kinds of qualities would you look for in someone for this role? What kinds of interview questions would you give them?
