I’ve spent the last couple of years working to get the basics down of cybersecurity. (Think OSCP, CPTS, OSEP) I was looking to acquire a small business in cybersecurity and grow it. What have been the worst aspects of the field that have hurt your employee experience? I constantly hear of the drain on resources who have these skill sets and would love to bring more balance to the employee while still doing the type of work we love.
