Xfinity remotely pulls data from my router before disconnecting me and not even providing a case number for my issue. Has anyone else lost brain cells from their relationship with Comcast?

First and foremost let me just say the amount of gatekeeping and stonewalling I experience with Xfinity support has me thinking that it’s part of their training curriculum…. Without getting too much into detail and in turn muddying up my main point, I had a major security/privacy issue with my home router.
