Welcome to my first blog post, which doubles as a write-up for the retired HTB machine Nibbles.

As with any penetration test, we start with Reconnaissance and Enumeration:

First, run a full port scan with Nmap:

sudo nmap -p- 10.10.10.75 -vv -T4 --min-rate 1500

Running Nmap as root performs a TCP stealth scan, you can force that behavior with the -sS switch.
