Would you notify a random company that you've seen their Databease leak?

Hello guys this is my first post here. I've recently searching on dark web forums to check if one of my customers have been hacked and I noticed another company that has been leak, I searched them on Google and it is a ecommerce site. I wanted to notify them about the leak but I don't know if it is correct to do it.

What would yo do? its not a big company (as I can see)
