So I know that websites can see the ip adress of who downloaded what but what if the download was incomplete. Would the website know that the download was incomplete. And what if the file failed before it started to download. Would the website know that you requested to downlaod but the downlaod failed or would it be more of a download not starter type situation. Or would it say download canceled.
