I had a horrible experience with a law firm group — they screwed up badly. (They sent a letter to someone without telling me first/letting me see it. The letter should have just been informative; instead it had glaring errors/accusations and now I’m facing more legal action ($$$$$) than I was before as the recipients are naturally angry.
