Workplace being spied on?

Hi there, me and my coworkers are starting to get worried that we might be getting watched during working hours by our company.

We work in security and the company just installed a new intercom, this time around tho, it also has a camera on our side and you can literally see our entire office.

I've looked the device up, it has a network cable plugged in (web based packet dump), it's Bluetooth supported, works on a terrible Android system …
