Working at one of the big four within Europe

Would anyone here be able to share their experience(s) of what the work culture / type of engagements are for Cyber Security positions at consultancies like Deloitte, PwC, KPMG and E&Y. I'm in the Netherlands if that makes any difference and someone can provide more local knowledge.

I'm keen to understand more about the technical positions; such as Security Analyst, Incident Response etc, are they very hands on and technical or mostly documentation and theory?
