With MS forcing everything towards SharePoint/Onedrive how do you handle whats stored?

Curious to hear how everyone is handling what is stored inside your Tennant.

For example, can you just go search "passwords" inside SharePoint and find a million password files shared globally to your tenant?

if you found out this was a problem late in the game, who was the lucky winner to go through all the SharePoint files and delete them?

I really just want the nightmare stories lol.
