WinFe

hi, I’m not very experienced in digital forensics so please forgive my lack of knowledge. i’m currently looking into WinFe and ram capture. My question is, how is a ram capture tool through winfe able to get through windows bitlocker by showing me what’s on the ram? I don’t understand this.
