Windows or Mac Support for mounting AFF4 images

We are acquiring images with Cellebrite's Digital Collector from Apple Silicon (M1/M2) laptops and the only image format that's supported is AFF4. I don't really mind the format, except that there are so few tools that support it. Cellebrite Inspector does a fairly good job of reading/analyzing the image, but I can't seem to find any way to do really basic tasks like mount an AFF4 image on Mac or Windows.

Also, I thought Autopsy was supposed to support AFF4, …
