Windows ---> Linux (same laptop, different fingerprint?)

I have an old laptop that i used for many years with Windows 10. Now i am creating new Facebook and Instagram accounts with different IP, location, phone number and email. If the laptop is the same but the OS is changed to Linux will Facebook device fingerprint me? Or should i just buy a new laptop ?
