Willing to quit my Job for privacy.

Hello, I work in a supermarket and how we manage our shifts, is on a Facebook group.
I asked one of the shift managers "what would happen if I didn't have Facebook"
She said that it would be bad.

I don't think they know that I don't use Facebook. Since they ask me to take shifts when I am at the store.

But if I was "forced" to use Facebook I would quit.

I might be in the wrong but …
