I tried searching some of the signal posts to get the answer and I couldn't find a clear answer. It seems to me like just the signal app is not dealing with SMS anymore, but I don't think this has anything to do with the protocol. Theoretically something like Molly should still work with SMS right?

Sorry if this has been mentioned or it is a stupid question.
