Will my mental health affect my ability to get DoD clearence down the line?

I've been in phych wards 3 times as a teenager for my bipolar. Now at 23 I'm doing well and am stable thanks to good treatment. Does this have the ability to affect me down the line? It's been 3 years since my last visit and will be over 5 years when I graduate
