Will I gain worthwhile experience from a role working with the Microsoft Security Stack?

I am currently an Azure infrastructure engineer but have been wanting to pivot to a security focused role for some time now. I have two offers, one for a azure role doing what I am now (but for a better salary), and a second for a Security Engineer role working with Sentinel, all the defender products, purview, intune, and of course Entra ID. Security role is the higher offer of the two.
