Will Discord ever decide to *fully* delete user data from deleted/banned accounts?

So we're all aware that messages do not get erased when you go forward with deleting your account, it only anonymizes it.

Does this data ever get erased or do they keep messages that are 4+ years old? Have the developers at any point ever discussed deleting user data from disabled accounts?

Does Discord treat data associated with accounts they ban any differently from accounts deleted by the user?
