Wi-Fi calling question

I started my privacy journey about six months ago. Wrapped up my email solution, switch to proton, with simple login, custom domains etc. Now addressing telephony. I’ve got two VIP services set up for 95% of my use cases. I’ve now set up 3 anonymous mobile account on my phone for the 5% of use cases that don’t allow Voip options. I’m a little new to Wi-Fi calling, and didn’t really find very much definitive information online about its privacy …
