Would love to hear your opinions. Russia has been seen to launch major cyber attacks against Ukraine before, notably BlackEnergy in 2015 and NotPetya in 2017. With its cyber capability and the big players from the Kremlin such as APT29, APT28, Sandworm, etc., Russia is desperately trying to win this war but how come we haven't seen any cyber campaign with at such a scale against Ukraine?
