Since Roe v Wade couched abortion rights as part of an implicit privacy right and the american public is largely in favor of abortion rights, why isn't there more discussion about making privacy an explicit right in the US constitution? Of course the process is very difficult, just surprising no one seems to be having this discussion yet.
