I haven't seen a single online service that even mentions Aegis. Most of them recommend either Google Auth, Authy, Duo Mobile or Microsoft Auth, none of which are open source. Aegis, on the other hand, is open source. I don't see a reason why anyone would choose a proprietary 2FA app over an open source one.
