Why does Flutter go unnoticed?

In the past couple of days I have been hacking on a personal project (I'll maybe post about it when it's live).

I thought it would be best to write the front-end using Flutter, since I really wanted the same codebase for both my website and (maybe) a future mobile app.

I already had some Flutter experience back from version 1 and 2, but I did not touch anything Flutter related for almost 2 years.
