I have a proof-of-concept to help end-users (non-OEMs) manage OT machinery (e.g., warehouse bots, forklifts, tractors, you name it), very similar to how IT does MDM (mobile device management.) The solution might require an OEM install, but maybe not. The solution hardens the device, then enables seamless over-the-air updates to maintain compliance and monitoring of the machine's firmware and other services/policies.
