Where, or how to store backup of my drives (System image) online / "on the cloud". Specific service or is veracrypt encryption sufficient

Wondering how to best go about storing a system image on the cl while maintaining security as of 2022. There doesn't *seem* to be a universally popular, open-source and high security-based cloud service provider; or at least none on the wiki or that I found in history.
