Where do you/your company draw the line at operations vs cybersec?

Most of the jobs I'm seeing now appear to want cyber folks to wear multiple hats. Historically, I'd say my jobs have been very segregated, maybe almost to a point of being almost problematically so that people can't develop professionally.
