Where do you keep your creative writing to protect it from being fed to commercial AIs?

I keep my personal notes and creative writing on Evernote, and from what I have read, I have always been concerned their devs have access to my private experiences. And now I believe they just feed it to their AI. I feel robbed of my unique experiences. Is there any way to protect your intellectual property anymore? How do you it?
