When to jump ship

I’m a senior cybersecurity manager at a “startup.” We’re a decent sized startup (~300 employees globally) with a billion dollar valuation. I’ve worked in cybersecurity for over 10 years, but this is my first smaller company. I’ve always worked at very large organizations before this.
