WhatsApp asks to demonstrate how their use of "Legitimate interest" affects your freedom in Europe. What can we do?

As EU people with privacy concerns probably already know, WhatsApp switched their right to get your data to legitimate interest after the last update.

Once you send the objection form, they respond by asking you to write specifically to which legitimate interest data collection you object (they have a list), but they state you must include:
