I see dozens of postings daily tagged "Entry level" then when you go into the requirements it says 8-10 years performing the job.

Is it that HR is lazy or sucks?

Are the companies trying to lowball professionals?

Do people not understand that 5+ years = seasoned professional?

Occam's razor would suggest they're just mislabelling jobs on boards, but between this and Oracle listings that say remote and onsite in the same listing, I'm tired of wasting my time.
