What’s the worst that can happen if you give out too much of info on Reddit?

And for example, if you had an account, posted a lot of dumb stuff there with little precaution; and then lost access to it ?
Just curious bc I do have a few old accounts I’ve used a few years ago and then lost access to them :/ Can someone dig them up and see that I was an idiot at 14 and not hire me ? Or what can happen?
