What’s it like being an Exploitation Analyst (EA)?

operational the job is. I've looked at many job
descriptions and they're not super informative
about this. In my head the job is similar to a
consultant or advisor with technical capabilities. If you're an EA, how often do you touch keyboard vs advising others who are touching keyboard? Thanks.
