What's better: Adguard on Safari, or Orion with Ublock?

I am not asking this for a level of privacy on the web (I know adblock does not shield you). I simply want to be rid of ads when I browse the web, more specifically pop-ups and redirects. Which of these is the better choice?

And which of these is "safer" to use? Which is less sketchy, or which is more dodgy? I want to know which is the better choice and which is less compromising. Thank you.
