What Vulnerability scanner would be best, Tenable IO(Nessus) vs Microsoft Defender for vulnerability management?

For vulnerability management and scanning for a Mid-sized company with around 350 employees, all Windows workstations and servers. Which vulnerability scanner/management solution out of Defender and Nessus would you deem best? I feel like Defender would fit best as we have a bunch of Microsoft suites and the Defender vulnerability scanner/management could seamlessly fit in with the other Microsoft products we have and be able to see everything with minimal effort, but I'm curious to get other people's opinion on …
