What to do if my drivers license was sent to an “online” business

Long story short, my brother used my email and license to purchase in game currency on an online game.

It wasn’t a lot of money so I’m not gonna go through the trouble to get the money back, it’s whatever. What I AM pissed about is he told me he had to show my license to complete the purchase. He did this all behind my back when I didn’t have my wallet.
