What open source program can I use to pentest my newly built site?

I’ve finished building a Node/React app and tried to cover as many vulnerabilities as I could think of, but there is always something that goes by unnoticed. Is there any free/open source program that can pentest some of the most common vulnerabilities? I don’t want to use cloud-based solutions as I can’t fully trust that they won’t disclose any vulnerabilities they find to a third party. Anny suggestions would be highly appreciated.
