What next to move forward in IAM career

I currently have 5 years experience in IAM domain. I started with basic Active directory works in my first project. User creation, group creation, DL addition, giving access based on rbac. My second project I worked on Microsoft identity manager and Active directory. Managing users , groups, checking errors in provisioning.
