I would like to use a few proprietary apps on my phone and I am already blocking tracking content with NextDNS. I am not planning allowing any permissions.

What I actually mean is that can an app still collect some sensitive info like usage patterns about how I use the phone or read sensor information (I think an app does not need any permission to use gyroscope for example) and report back to its *owner* even though analytics are blocked? …
