What is the general consensus on using openbanking API's and parsers? eg. Plaid, True Layer

What is the general Consensus on using openbanking API's and Parsers. like Salt Edge, Plaid, Nordigen and True layer. How do most of them handle my data. Noteworthy: I live in the Netherlands so PSD2 is in effect.
