What is the "best" cert/training for Vulnerability Management or Threat Modeling?

I'm looking for recommendations on the best certification or training that focuses on Vulnerabality Management and Risk Assessment based on modeling attacks/threats.

I don't want the topic to be a "domain" of the training, but rather, the entire focus. I would prefer that it have the in depth focus and detail of a SANS course instead of general theory like COMPTIA.
