There are millions of blog posts, vendor articles, etc. on the topic but those are hardly a reliable source. I looked into NIST but everything I found seems too old. Not to mention in true NIST fashion their documentation management is a shitshow.

What is generally agreed is the best source of guidance on key lengths, block sizes, algorithms, etc.?
