What information can ISPs and the actual related hardware see about your internet traffic? E.g. what can Starlink see?

I was just thinking about the Ukraine situation and I was wondering what information Starlink has access to, as I know that your ISP typically can see what websites you visit (and I believe that's it? E.g. they can't see what you did on the website besides guessing from the url and I don't think they can see messages that you are sending?).
